    Protex PolyLock

    Protex PolyLock is a versatile new generation waterproofing system specially developed for tunnel waterproofing. It provides strong protection by combining self-healing polymer-modified sodium bentonite granules with an impermeable PE film layer and active polymer layer. It occurs an active layer throughout the life of the structure.

    Protex PolyLock is a new generation composite waterproofing system consisting of the polymer modified sodium bentonite granules, passive PE film layer and active polymer layers specially developed for tunnel waterproofing. It is the only waterproofing system that fully adapts to the harsh conditions in the tunnel structure and provides a perfect waterproofing throughout the life of the structure.

    Properties / Features

    • Protex PolyLock combines three layers which are two active and one passive waterproofing layers
    • Provides perfect proofing under dynamic conditions
    • Protex PolyLock does not need protection due to its puncture resistance and self-repairing structure.
    • Protex PolyLock becomes an integral part of the structure by penetrating with concrete. Additional injection is not required.
    • Protex PolyLock adapts to problematic surfaces, does not tear during concrete pouring.
    • Resistant to contaminated groundwater conditions.
    • Protex PolyLock can be applied safely in areas where intense moisture and active water inflow

    Geosentetik ürünler ile zayıf zeminler üzerine yol platformları teşkil edilebildiği gibi (zemin güçlendirme), yol tabakasındaki yansıma ve/veya timsah çatlaklarını da (asfalt güçlendirme) geosentetik ürünler ile ortadan kaldırabilmekteyiz. Bu şekilde yol platformu kalınlığında azalma da sağlanabilmektedir (zemin güçlendirme). Tüm bunlara ek olarak geliştirmiş olduğumuz CheMax serisi ürünlerimiz ile yer altı sularını yol dolgularından % 100 uzaklaştırabiliyor, dolguyu güçlendirebiliyor ve bir seperatör gibi çalışarak yapısal dolgu ile temel tabakayı ayırabiliyoruz.
